Let’s first take a look at the basic fee and interests of the card.

A.) Chase Sapphire

      1.  Annual Fee: $0 for the first year. $95 for the next year
      2. Foreign transaction fee: None
      3. Transaction fee for Balance transfer: either $5 or 3% of total amount depending on which is bigger
      4. Transaction fee for Cash advance: either $10 or 5% of total amount depending on which is bigger
      5. Penalty fees: up to $35

B.) Chase Freedom

      1. Annual fee: None
      2. Foreign transaction fee: 3% of each transaction on US dollars
      3. Transaction fee for balance transfer: either $5 or 3% of total amount depending on which is bigger
      4. Transaction fee for Cash advance: either $10 or 5% of total amount depending on which is bigger
      5. Penalty fees: up to $35

Not much difference for either except for the Annual fee and foreign transaction fee.
